The Brief

Campus Living Villages have staff all over the UK and wanted to bring their team together for a fun-filled celebration at the Castlefield Rooms in Manchester City Centre, with an awards ceremony and party for everyone to enjoy!

Serendipity events pulled together a modern twist on a wonderland theme, elegant and quirky yet packed full of fun, from magicians to giant white rabbits - these guests certainly felt like they’d fallen down the rabbit whole and entered a whole new space! With incredible giant toadstools, flowers, blossom trees and props custom ‘drink me’ tokens and ‘eat me cupcakes’ to optical illusion style stationary, backdrops, photobooths, and signage, we brought whole new flavour to CLV’s adventures in Wonderland!
