The Brief:
Plan & manage a full weekend wedding at Aynhoe Park in Oxforshire, with a rehearsal BBQ dinner the night before, the say itself and a congratulatory breakfast the following day.
Create a magical, enchanted day filled with romance, light and laughter, followed by an incredible party to cerebrate these childhood sweethearts.
Catering management based around providing a luxury 3 course dairy and gluten free menu, sweets & chocolate station and evening snacks.
Bespoke stationary, signage and on the day styling
Full production and supplier management.
Lighting, sound and AV management for 4 musical acts from a string quartet and ceremony singer to an a’ capella choir, indie rock band and all night DJ.
