The Brief

We were tasked with planning the wedding of the Summer for this dreamy couple at the groom’s stately family home. With an elegant sail cloth marquee and all the services to go with it from power, lighting, bathrooms and a mobile kitchen we made a stunning family home on Bakewell into a fully equipped wedding venue. With 150 guests, across two days the Sumner wedding encompassed everything we love about an elegant English country garden wedding, with vintage cars and furniture, cream and sage green colouring throughout and fabulous quirky touches from sunset cocktail hour to homemade desserts, limoncello favours and sharing style boards along with vintage whiskey barrels, bicycles, custom local ales and our favourite of this year a gorgeous bookcase table plan! What a wedding - no detail went unchecked and there was something for everyone to enjoy at every moment of the day!
